I have worked in IT for over 30 years, during which I have held almost every role in the software product development lifecycle, from desktop support to executive operations. Ranging in size from tiny startups to Fortune 500 companies and in industries from a Christian rap record label to military defense contractors.

From all that experience, I found that I am pretty darn good at building and empowering great teams and scaling supportive organizations around them. I have a knack for looking at the complex and making it simple. I can help people find their WHY and enable them to achieve it quickly. I can help you find the story in your data and let your systems reveal themselves. I help people think big, work small, fail fast, and learn quickly, all to maximize the delivery of value and knowledge gained.

For every success story I can tell you, I can show you the battle scars of failure. For each certification I've earned, I have twice as many lessons from the school of hard knocks. I am still an avid student and gain confidence with each new tidbit of knowledge while still sometimes stumbling over my ego when I think I know it all.
